Ordering from our online shop is easy. If you've ordered from an online shop before, it's essentially the same. If you don't have any experience with e-shops, don't worry - ordering is very simple and straightforward.
How to pay?
Once you've added the items to your shopping cart and you're sure you want to be the happy owner of the item you've chosen, head to checkout. If you're on this page but don't know how to add things to your shopping cart, check out our shopping cart guide. Things are nicely in the shopping cart. You have chosen the delivery method you want (you can also change delivery methods in the checkout), then click on "Proceed to checkout".
As little information as possible
Fill in all the fields on the Prepare your purchase page. You'll find that our online shop asks for less information than regular shops. They may ask you things like your location index or home address, but we don't ask for that. We don't need that information.
Be more anonymous
We only need as much information as is necessary to send the parcel and, if necessary, later, for example, for the return process. So we only ask for your first name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address. You can also use completely arbitrary words, texts, synonyms for the first name and surname. It would be a good idea to remember them, because if something should happen while sending, it will speed up the problem.
In general, we don't exactly need a name either and we recommend using for example, the first letter of the first name and the family name - T. T or Mickey Mouse or whatever you like. Phone number and/or email must be correct and working. This is because when the parcel reaches you, the parcel machine door code will be sent to your phone and also to your email, so you can collect the parcel from the parcel machine. Prefer bank links
Eelista pangalinke, sest see on kõige kiirem ja mugavam. Nii toimub laekumine koheselt ka meile ja meie saame hakata Sinu tellimust koheselt komplekteerima. Olgu öeldud, et tööpäeviti enne 18:00 makstud tellimused postitame samal päeval. Ja näiteks kui tellimuse lõpetad küll 17:58, aga teed makse pangast, siis paratamatult jõuab makse meieni pärast 18:00 ning seetõttu tellimust hakatakse komplekteerima alles järgmisel tööpäeval.
If that day falls on a Friday, it will not be until Monday. However, if you had opted for a bank transfer, we would have received your order at 17:58 and would have posted it the same day, and you would probably receive it the next working day. Therefore always give preference to bank links and bank transfers.
Bank links
As for bank links, we have all the major banks in Estonia. SEB, Swedbank, COOP, Luminor and LHV, and they are mediated by AS Maksekeskus. If you want to make a transfer, you can transfer it to our SEB account. Recipient: LSHOP OÜ and account number: EE841010220282226223. In the note please indicate the order number and, if you wish, inform us about the transfer support@pesu24.ee.
Once the appropriate payment method has been selected (for bank links, click on the desired bank logo) click on the SUBMIT ORDER button. In case of bank links, you will be redirected to the bank and follow the instructions. In the case of a bank transfer, we will send you an invoice as well as display instructions on where and how much to transfer.
